I have seen customers dont want to spend time at the cash counter to pay no matter how much time they have spent while shopping.so i want to know what should i do so that i can create moments to remember for customers while they are standing in the queue.

You change their environment and give them something else to think about, learn or do.

You could do what the airlines do and put up "Cranium" type brain games on a small screen while they wait rather cheaply.  Depending on your shop, HGTV might be a good idea, too.

If you've visited Disney lately, you'll see that they're masters of que management.  Not that you should spend that kind of money (or that your customers should wait an hour or longer), but they do it by changing the scenery and environment every time you turn a corner.
