They do have free business cards that are printed on thick paper and is uv coated. It's a million times better quality than vista print

Another idea is actually making the card yourself, and uploading the design at vista print.  

If you think about it, you are wanting to make handmade cards, so you SHOULD hand make your business card.

Vistaprint.com is an inexpensive and quality place to go.

There's this company called Vista Print where you can design a business card for 'free' - you have to pay shipping, but they product is professional.

You can also design your own and print them out on your computer with special business card stock.  Avery - the paper brand - sells them.  Look in an office supply store near the packs of paper and labels and stuff.
