Then depending upon the bandwidth needed and how much info you are going to store, you will pay a monthly fee from $3.99 and up. You don't pay if people visit your site unless they download or you stream info (video / music). You will get free email with hosting so you only need to pay for web design and SEO ranking (Trail Blazer).
