How to create naruto yu-gi-oh! cards?

I gotta know this one. Every time I try to check out some Naruto pics I see some kind of Naruto character but in the form of a Yu-Gi-Oh card I wonder how do you create those things. Here's where you geniuses come in. Give me the instructions on how to create those NARUTO YU-GI-OH cards please include all the details
