Here is how you can start a new Yahoo Group:

To create a Yahoo Group the person must first create a Yahoo ID and password if they have a different e-mail program for their emails on a regular basis at http://groups.yahoo.com by clicking on "Sign up for Yahoo Groups".  If one already has a Yahoo ID and password because of using Yahoo Mail they just sign in on the "Sign In" section at http://groups.yahoo.com

Then click on the section in the top right hand corner of the Yahoo Groups homepage that says, "Creating a group is as easy as 1, 2, 3".  It will only take about 5 minutes to create your group.
