How to cure a scrape on the face?

Yesterday I got a scrape on my head and today it got really red, was wondering what to put on it to stop the redness.

Leave it. It's best if you leave it alone and let your body naturally heal it.

Neosporin ointment will help.  If you have any Vitamin E oil or Vitamin E Capsules - pop one & rub the oil over it.  It may take a day or two but the redness will fade.
