  1. Go to a herbalist and buy a tincture of Bladderwrack (L. Fucus vesiculosus.)   Foods containing Chlorine like celery, lettuce, cabbage, turnip, Egg plant, dates, dandelion greens, cucumber banana, pineapple, raisins, mango, watermelon...and many others help the thyroid gland...these help prevent the digestive disturbances.Foods with Vitamin D are good for the thyroid too...sunshine, sunflower seeds, fresh fish, vegetables, fruits, etc.

  2. Approx 40 percent of US population suffers from milder form of hypo thyroid to some degree, and these people tend to also suffer from hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).

Getting enough Iodine from your diet is a big factor but you may be limited in being able to absorb it. ( you will find it in Iodized salt)

I have had clients successfully use a supplement called Thyromin, besides Iodine it also contains potassium, CoQ10, magnesium, L-cysteine, vit-E, and essential oils.

You need to take a closer look at your diet and exercise routine. Exercise really helps hormone production and balancing and your thyroid is a big part of that.

Lemongrass, spearmint, myrrh, and peppermint essential oils  are recommended for hypothyroid.

  3. Iodine.  Hypothyroid can be caused by an iodine defficiency.  Speak to a health care professional and ask if your hypothyroidism is caused by an iodine defficiency, and if so how much iodine to take.

  4. I also stay off of Gluten, high carbs and sugar and my thyroid stays more balanced.

  5. NO HOME REMEDY.

    ALLOPATHIC MEDICINE CAN CURE(my experience)

  6. iodine is the ansew....plus you might want to be taking seaweed in a capsule, kelp is rich in iodine, read the label : foods that  can block the iodine broccoli, millet, cabbage  just don't eat large amounts these are a few to mention.
