How to curl hair....?

my hair is naturally curly.

but its like super frizzy.

does anyone kno a video where it shows u how to make waves like miley cyrus's hair kinda but if ur hair is already curly?

I dont know of any website but U think you should straighten your hair then try to curl it that way. It is hard to try and re curl curls!!

Try straightening your hair then Curl it using a curling tong. That should work.
