How to cut down my makeup routine ?

I take swimming at school and we have about seven-ten minutes to shower and change. There are special showers in the pool for girls on the team so I don't have to wait for the other girls to finish showering, however my makeup routine takes a long for me anyway.

I put acne treatment on.

Pore minimizing lotion on.

Concealer.

Mineral foundation.

Curl eyelashes.

^this usually takes up most of my time because I have eyelashes that refuses to CURL. It says ten seconds on the box it takes me 30 seconds to do each the eyelash root, the center, and the tip of my eyelashes.

Foundation.

Chapstick/lipgloss, whatever I feel like that day.

Sometimes I end up putting on the eyeliner&lipgloss in my next class.

  3. That's actually not that long! Skip the acne treatment & pore minimizing lotion. You can do that after school or in the morning before swimming. Also, don't curl your eyelashes and put the gloss on in class. Mineral foundation AND foundation?! Just do one. I hope I  helped.

  4. I've watched What Not To Wear a biljillion times and the make-up artist has a look called the five minute face.  Put on your foundation as you normally would.  Add a little blush, one eye shadow shade on the lid, and some gloss.  Literally takes five minutes.

  5. Wear waterproof mascara and just use a dusting of powder and lipstick. 2 minute job.

  6. Don't put on the acne treatment or the pore minimizing lotion. Do that in the morning before school or at night before bed. It will work better without makeup on top of it anyway.

Also, if your eyelashes refuse to curl, don't curl them. Little details like that aren't too noticeable, and they're not important for school. Just do it for going out at night with friends or for a date ect...basically when you have the time.

Everything else should only take 3 or 4 minutes. Plus a quick shower and the time to put some clothes on shouldn't be more than 7 minutes.

If you still have time problems maybe you could get together with some other girls that have the same problem and talk to your coach/teacher about maybe changing the time up to 10 minutes. I doubt 3 more minutes in the pool will make that much of a difference.

Well, Hope I helped hun :]

    Good luck!
