How to de-activate auto meter off with Nikon D60?

Ok, so I bought a Nikon D60 and I've been pretty pleased with it so far. My only issue is that right after I take a photo, it displays the photo back to me then the lcd turns off. I have to bress the shuter/release button once in order for it to come back on giving me my settings. I looked in the manual and it says that the display will turn off when auto meter off is activated. I've looked through every menu in the camera as well as the menu in full mode and can find nothing on this...in google i couldnt find anything about it eather....

Please help.

  1. Check the auto off timers in the menu set up. (Short, normal, long, custom) - how long the menus, post-shot review, and metering last. You can adjust the duration times.
