Question:

How to deal w/ a self-centered boss?

He is a jerk & I think I've but put up w/ it very well for the last 10 yrs. He just keeps getting worse. He is overweight and rich. He calls me to his office just to boast about his multi-million dollar house or his 5 other houses. I try to act interested but I'm really tired of it. Especially since he has told me that I'll never own a house.

Any advice?

  1. and you have been there 10 years ...  Why ???? I quit jobs for less of a reason than that. Now I have a job that is ideal for ME.

  2. Head down & work hard as normal. Appear interested & caring as normal. Look for another job asap. Best wishes. UK

  3. Yeah, just think about what a loser he is that he has to brag to you about what he owns to feel good.  You should feel sorry for him.  He sounds like a pathetic person.  Someone like that places all of their self-worth in what they own...

And **** him for telling you that you're never gonna own a house!!  So rude.  Next time he says anything, just smile and say, yea I guess you're right (inside you can be laughing about what a chode he is).

  4. change bosses and companies. ASAP.

  5. b the boss ! lol u'll get anything ^^
