  2. well for me when my blood pressure goes down my heart beat goes up but other times its the opposite and what i try to to is sit and relax maybe listen to music and try to avoid getting up and over-exerting myself although this may be different for u..

    Dealing with blood pressure is not a big problem, you have to just keep your selves away from more of salt, spieces, oil and ghee. the first thing which shall be started immedietly is yoga and prandayaam. don't take much tension about anything, don't think deep, have a enough sleep. if these things are practiced regularly, you can get rid of this problem. if still you have it then you have to consult your doctor and start medicens. but remember once the medicen is started it for life long. and never forget to get a regular checkups.
