i brought a book from half.com three weeks ago. so far, i haven't got book. i contacted the seller a few times, all he said were that he already shipped out the book. I had a very bad experiences with a seller before who pretended ship out the book but actually he didn't. I think this seller might be lieing too even his rating is 100%. so, what should i do? should contact the seller again or report to the ebay?

thank you

  1. Well...I've had similar problems before, both as a seller and a buyer. This time of year there is a lot of traffic in the mail system (because of classes starting around this time). In particular if you asked for "Media Mail", it might take longer. None of the services (except for Express Mail, which cost ~$14 minimum) are guaranteed in their delivery time.

Most people try to keep it honest, you can tell by their feedback score. Is his 100% out of a lot of sales?

If this is the case then maybe is just the USPS taking a while to deliver.

Usually I ask "Media Mail" if I'm in no rush or if I know that the seller is geographically close to my home....otherwise I ask for expedited (Priority Mail).

In any case, you have 90 days to report him to Half.com, so give him a few more days before you report him.

  2. simply goto freeUsa.co.nr and see all recomended shopping websites where you can also sell .
