What should I do!?

I know I'm going to college in less than a month, but it's just getting worse between us. She gives me the silent treatment, and I don't even know why she hates me... but she has for years.

My dad wants all of us to go on a boat ride tomorrow and I heard her scheming up excuses with her sister. Should I tell my dad? Or should I also find a way to avoid the whole boat ride altogether?

You should talk to your father about the situation. I'd tell you to take a mature stance and ask her if you could talk to her about it. But I don't think she's going to be cooperative.

Sometimes step-moms are jealous. You're the remnant of a previous relationship or marriage and she can't compete with that.

If talking to your dad is not a good alternative, then try to steer clear of her. You'll be leaving soon anyway.
