-bought car in shop 8-9times for brake pulsation

-final result after 8 months, service manager tried to rip me off by saying that it was the tires and not the brakes.

- car has smooth ride with same tires on, and got tire rotation

- came back other day, told manager that i got diagnosis from other dealerships.

-manager becomes pissed and shouts, tells me that why i was on the same path on getting the brakes fixed.

- wants me to pay 400.00 for 2 tires that dont need replacement ( have 70% left)

  1. If you are the same one that asked the same question yesterday then this is the way that it is done..............

    1. You call the manufacturer and file a complaint against the dealership and please have you receipts.  The dealership will have to respond back within 2 to 4 weeks or they could loose 1/2 percent which is alot.

    2. You need to set up a time and speak with the area zone manager so that he or she can resolve this problem.

    3. You will get this fixed one way or the other because the manufacturer and the dealership does not like complaints and believe me it will work.....

    4. Never get mad and just state the facts of what is happening....

  2. Threaten to write a letter to the corporate headquarters. Fulkies are frustrating to deal with and useless, forward your complaints directly to the corporate office.

  3. The tires could be part of the problem.

Doesn't matter how much tread they have left, if they have worn scalloped, they may shake a bit when you apply the brakes.

I fixed cars for a living and still fix my own.

    Just trying to help.

  4. this is what I hate about mechanics. they think only they know anything about a car. they really should be called part changers rather than mechanics. ever notice with all the fancy computers they still can't tell you what is wrong with your car without changing a bunch of good parts..............
