How to deal with an obsessive guy?

Okay i do not even really know this guy. He's much shorter than me. He will not stop saying that he loves me. I am trying to get him to stop and just be my friend but he says "baby i love you you're the perfect girl". I have had 2 real converations and i talk to him while i play guitar and piano. I do not lead him on i say thanks and then try and do the one answer response thing. Help?

It boils down to one of two things in the end.  He finds another girl to pursue or you get a restraining order.

Hi, I had a guy who was obsessed with me too and it went for so long. I tried telling him multiple times that I only want to be friends and I don't want a relationship but he couldn't seem to accept that. He eventually found out that I was uncomfortable but he still continually bugged me after that. The only way to stop them is to tell them straight to leave you alone and that you don't like them and never will. As mean as it is, that's the only way for them to get the message. tell him your only friends firmly . And if you dont even really know him then it should not be a big deal right ?

Say you not comfortable with his comments and you want a casual friendly conversation nothing involving the two of you being together .

And if he doesn't get it then you need to take bigger actions like tell a parent and block him out of your life but since he is short just punch him in the snoz you will be good lol just kidding but be careful cuz its kinda creepy ! ive been their too .
