How to deal with anxiety and stress?

basically i have to o to this alternative education project on wednesday. The reason i dont go to school is because of my anxiety and stress.

But i really want to do this but im feeling so anxios and nervous, ive already figured im scared of new things because the whole school started when i had 4 weeks off because i was unwell.

I have nobody to talk to because my mum already thinks im gonna backout and i have no friends at the moments because there all into drugs and **** so i have to deal with it myself.

Allso i have more problems in my personal life like im stuck living with my nephew because his mum is an alcoholic and his dad is a junkie who used to beat her (my sister) and the child is extremly naughty (obviosly because of the way he has been brought up) but hes not helping at all. How can i deal with it all?

  1. atleast you know the caused of you anxiety/stress... unwind bro... just relax don't let those things eat you up... you can consult to a psychiatrist/psychologist... or e-mail me... just kidding...


  2. first thing. do not turn to drugs in anyway. second. i know the vitamins b-12 and supplement 5-htp act on your dopamine receptors in your brain making you somewhat happier/stress free after taking them and they work for about 4-6 hours. its not a miracle drug or an antidepressant but it may help. if not id say ask a doctor they might perscribe something over the counter if its serious. 5-htp is also an appetite suppressant so if your skinny i dont suggest it look into it hope that helps

  4. The best method is meditation if you know how to do it. But if not, just try breathing 'correctly'. By correct, I mean you should breath by your nose and from your stomach.

    The other options are food and sport. Don't eat red meat alot. Go with fresh juices and some vegitables. Sports like running or swimming reduce stress and never forget to have written plans;) Good Luck

  6. Set some goals to straighten yourself out by the time you are 20.  

    1. Get some friends who respect themselves enough not to do drugs.

    2. Complete school and focus on your education projects.

    3. Get yourself into a healthy living situation.

    4. Have friends that you can talk with and go out with.

    5. Put yourself into a position where you can get a great job.

    6. Learn how to drive a car, etc.

    Ok so at the moment your living arrangements leave a lot to be desired, but you are going to have to complete this education project so look sharp and do the work.  Dont think of backing out, just surprise your mother.

    also get in touch with your local mental health trust thy have groups to help you with your
