  1. It will depend on what state you live in. You may want to call your county agent. Look in the blue pages of the phone book. If you can't find it call any Pest Control company and ask them for the number.

I know that bees can be a serious pest- but in the last few years the bee population world wide has shrunk by more than 50%. This is a very serious problem for everyone. In the past, Beekeepers would move a hive for free if it was accessible. If yours is inside a wall there is no way to get them out without cutting.

Some states are lax on what you can do-others are not. If you just exterminate the bees ( I hope you don't), you may get away with it. But if you get caught- it can cost more than you would believe.

Thats why you should call your county agent first-he can tell you what you can and can not do, he can also tell you who can do any of the work for you.

    Good luck.

  2. Call a fumigator. OR if you have an access point in basement you might try off the shelf fogger at night when most are home in hive. some will escape out outside wall. Then seal up access point(s) with caulk or plaster so they won't re-infest.

  3. You "need them to leave"?

If it isn't a well traversed walkway, then I assume its not imperative to have thebees removed immediately.  If you want to not use chemicals, and let nature run its course, you can wait 1-2 months and the bee's will automatically pack up and go, it's their nature.

Some people are so quick to call pest control when all it takes is some pacience.

  4. Hi I hope that you found a bee keeper to help you out.

Bee Keepers have to pay 2.000 dollars for a queen and workers.

I was talking to a local Bee Keeper that is what they pay in Spokane WA  It would be a shame to have them killed. A nephew of mine would smoke them out to slow them down so he could catch them

  5. quick solution, spray a fire extinguisher into the hole the bees are going through. works like a charm

  6. call a bee expert not fumigator i think they can relocate the hive but i aint sure

  7. PLEASE   DO NOT CALL A FUMIGATOR; Call a Bee Keeper;  Almost every area of the country has one.   If you can't locate one in the yellow pages call the Agriculture Dept at your state University.

It is vitally important that these bees be removed and relocated; Bees in this nation are endangered and saving them is vital to our food chain

Thank you for be a responsible eco homeowner
