  1. an asprin would be fine.  a little neosporin on the piercing might be good.  You probably caused a few micro tears when changing out the piercing.  It should go away in a day or two unless you are going with a smaller gauge.  Then it will take longer.

  2. put ice on it and take a aspirin

  3. take advil for now

if the pain persists for longer than a week , go to a doc as it may be a sign of infection

  4. It maybe because the typ of metal ur new jewellery is made from or type shape or size ofjewelerye different that is causing it to be uncomfortable/painful. i would put ur old one back and give it a few more weeks to heal before putting the new one in, also be carefull of catching it on the cop of ur jeans or on ur tshirt when i dress/undress.

asprin wont do much good apart from thin ur blood, take a paracetamal. also if it is a new piercing, try not to overclean in!
