Question:

How to deal with insomnia? is there a kind of nutrition that helps making me sleep faster cos i avoid taking ?

i avoid taking sleeping pills, it happens to me once in a while but what bothers me much that it takes a week to go so its like i dont get much sleep during that period, feeling dizzy and weak.

  1. I have taken benedryl (allergy medication) which causes drowsiness and helps you sleep.  This was recommended to me by my doctor for occasional use.  I have also used the herb Valerian which can be found in some health food stores and it is also effective.  If you take the benedryl, make sure you can get 7-8 hrs to sleep otherwise you may be groggy for awhile when you get up.


  2. Well...do u have any hobbie?Because it might help if you do things that make you tired.

  3. Listen to music when you go to sleep. Something like contemporary classical music (e.g. Jon Schmidt) or some soft acoustic music (Jack Johnson.). Not guaranteed to work.
