You want to lose weight to feel better about yourself and to look good.
Your problem.. Your husband who insist on keeping you overweight ... buys unhealthy foods ( no whole grains, no fiber enriched products ) and junk food then sits in front of you and eats them...
How am I to stick to my weight program if he sits in front and eats... !!
He's huge and is not in a desired position to lose weight.
I Am .. I exercise regulary. Am in the gym 4 days a week, I walk 3 miles every other day, plus do some semi swimming in the pool ( am learning how to swim )...
I try to keep my weight program to no more than 3 grams of sugar in whatever I eat. ( doctor's orders ).
I have to watch my salt intake and strive to eat more fiber.
I do not, however, take any suppliments.
So, with this knowledge, I am trying to take care of myself but it's seems like my husband is not even trying and is trying to sabotage my efforts.
Help Please ....
