How to deal with stress?

Latley things have been so hard I'm failing a class and struggling in another. Im always studying then I look around and I have club meetings that always keep sneeking up on me. Then PSAT is comming up so I'm preping for that. There just isn't enough time in the day and I'm about to burst. I never sleep or watch T.V. What are some ways to deal with stress in a healthy way. any advice would be helpful. P.S then to top it off there is this guy that I think likes me but I always see talking to girls. But he really seems to like me and hes not a playa or anything but thats just the cherry on top.

  1. Exercise is the best stress reliever, You can take just 10 or 15 minute to run around your block and get your heart pumping, totally worth it! or jump rope in your back yard or something.... Concentrate on your work, give yourself a schedule.. like go to school, and from 3:00pm-4:00pm you'll study for the PSAT and whatever else it is that you need to do, schedule it. And follow it, no procrastinating...
