How to deal with this sort of person?

What do u think of a person who look down on one because one is ugly?

Ok, that person is a respectful person( he will say thank you, excuse me and so on) but he looked down on ugly person or people whom he laugh at, and treat the ugly person, 'strange' person with coldness towards-however he show NO disrespect towards that person) and he talked bad about the ugly person behind that ugly person's back? But when the ugly person face to face with that person, in front of you, he doesn't show much disrespect when talking to you but will snub at you occasionally.

Ok my question is,

how am i going to deal with this sort of person( the one who look down on the ugly person) and make him feel terrible or ----->( i hope you all may understand what i mean) make he realised that i had managed to found out his 'weakness' and true colour which is hiding deep inside his heart, which can really give him a shock and thus he will be scare of me?

You seem to be manifesting the same type of behavior that you are disparaging.

Life is not about gaining the upper hand or finding another person's weakness in order to exploit it.

Instead, we can choose to see the best in everyone and only respond with any negativity after someone has acted outside acceptable societal or personal boundaries.

As for the person's reaction to someone's personal appearance, there is no need to communicate any negativity to anyone unless absolutely necessary.

We need to manifest a socially acceptable persona in social settings.  When we are talking to friends in private, we can be more open with our feelings and our beliefs.
