Sorry to say so, who is useless? ur staff or u?

The job of a Manager is to get the work done from his staff. But  how, he should know that is why he is manager!

If as a Manager, you can handle your (job) work force, how can you blame your staff for not doing?

Wake up manager, brush-up your creativity and make your men work for you.

There is a certain person I work with that is quite useless.  I am not sure what else to do but tell your boss about them.  And if it keeps going on, keep complaining.
