How to decide how much water to put in arroz con gondulez for a large crowd?

I am making this dish for a large crowd and want to get some idea of how much water to use , do i multiply the water by the recipe?or do i do one more cup of water than rice

  1. All rice is 2cups water to 1cup for cooking. Makes 2 cups cooked rice, about 4 or 5 servings. Minute Rice, is 1 to 1.


  2. I always use 1.5 cups per 1 cup rice. for ex if you are serving 20 i'd use 5 cups rice and 7.5 cups water.

  6. use one gallon of chicken broth, and 1/3 gallon of rice. They sell them big cans of the broth down at price chopper. To large ones should be e nuff. make sure you use sazon accent so it tastes good. and an entire chopped salchichon too, so its more gooder.
