How to decorate someones car for their birthday?

I am going to surprise my husband and fill is car with balloons for his birthday.. I was wondering if anyone had any other good ideas or stories to share for their birthday or someone else. Thanks!

Balloons are great!  Be under the balloons but it depends on the weather.  It would be fun for him to have directions with a pin to pop the balloons and have his B-day surprise under the balloons.

   If you do do it, save the Balloons when your done, please don't pop them.  Its mean, and how can you go wrong having beautiful Balloons around your house.
