ok im a freshmen in highschool just started, and im a wr but i run a 5.7 my coach told me if i cant get faster then im off. can u give me excercises, or drills i can do to decrease my time???? im tryin to go to NFL so i need atleast a 4.5 by the end of 12th grade to get a good scholarship and better chances of gettin to the NFL, and be like my idol SEAN TAYLOR. so please help me guys
