How to define my waist and create curves in the right places?

I have recently lost 20 pounds ( I gained 30 this summer so it acually isn't that good ) I still have 10 to go.... but what are some good exercises that will help define my waist and create curves in the right places?

  1. first off all you have to look at your diet because thats the main thing that set's apart an aversge body to a great body, i mean you can train all the hours you want but if your diet isn't good then you will never get a good body. try buying yourself a swiss ball like they have in gym's just pump it up and use it in the home try doing sit ups on it because that works the whole range of the abs and wil get a nice toned look. also try jogging or cycling in the morning or whenever you got time, do both of these 3 - 5 days a week, but make sure that when you work your abs you leave at least a day of full rest in between. gd luck
