  1. in the microwave on power 3 for about 2 minutes per pound will get it to come apart so you can begin cooking.

  2. haven't u heard about MICROWAVE OVEN?

  3. I have a microwave oven that works pretty well.

I set it for defrost and it does pretty good.

  4. water should be constantly running on it to help thaw and maintain a proper temp.

  5. you the defrost feature on your microwave

  6. Put it in a really big pot in the sink and fill it with cold water. Leave the water on trickling once its filled to the top and let it overflow until its defrosted. The cold water will circulate well enough with the trickle and 'heat up' the chicken to unfreeze it

  7. Throw it in the microwave under defrost for about 10 minutes and you'll be fine

  8. do you have a microwave oven..

  9. keep the water running, not at low.i pick the chicken up and work it around too, believe it or not working the chicken under cold water you realy can have the chicken thaw with in 15 mintues,i do.. i will say if i let it just sit and walk off it takes longer..but still does the job..

  10.            You can put it in a pan cover with water ,  And real LOW heat .

Don't cook !     Try this for about 10 or 15 mins.

  11. If the package it is in has a Styrofoam bottom, it will take much longer.  Put it in a Ziploc baggie, put the baggie in some warm water, and it will be done in less than an hour.
