disk clean utility or you can download ccleaner

You can run the disk cleanup wizard which is located on the start menu in programs, accessories system tools.

You can also do a search for '*.tmp' and delete the files.

You can also browse to c:\docs and settings\<your username>\ local settings\temp

You can delete temp files from there as well.
