How to delete a file that need permission to delete it

ok im running vista and i've got a bunch of video files that im trying to delete but every time i get told i need to have permission to delete the files are .rmvb anime plz help

Use the link below to download deletedr.  This free software I use myself and will delete any write protected file, or file that says is being used by another file.

When you download save and open to your monitor.  Follow instructions in the software as how to delete.  

Use the browse, open C drive and program files and look for the file.  When you find the file double click on the file and open so that the file will now go into deletedr for deletion on your next reboot.

Recommend that you always use the delete open with your next reboot.  I found this option to be the best.

right click on any sorta application and on the drop down menu there should be run as administrator that program shall open.... just close it and then you are the admin so u can now delete what u want
