How to delete all of my files on windows vista?

okay i want to delete everything on my computer to make it faster but how do i do that and if i do can i still get on my computer? will the internet explorer and the main things still be on there.....i also made these cds that my laptop told me to make there computer files

If you delete ALL your files (Format) every program on your hard drive will also be deleted.

If you have a major brand of computer there is a hidden partition on the hard drive that will return your system to exactly how it was when you got it. See your computer manufacturers web site for instructions
