How to delete an email address from address box like www.yahoo.com how anybody please?

i entered an address on someone computer and needs to delete it now before they get back

go to mail. on the top left of the page click on contacts go down and look for the name you want to delete .put acheck in the box next to it. go up and click on delete. hope this helps.

You need to clear Auto Complete. This saves all previous searches in your search bar. Here's how to fix the problem:

For Internet Explorer: Click on Tools. Then Internet Options. Click on Content and then Auto Complete. Then click on Clear Forms. This will erase your search history. If you don't want things showing up again in your search history then deselect the Auto Complete options at the top. Be sure to select apply or ok at the bottom.

You may also want to clear the history on ths computer by clicking on Tools and then Internet Options. Under General click on History.
