How to delete an image?

how do i delete images from my inbox album from a t-mobile samsung phone? i pres options but it wont let me delete some of them that my dumb friends put on it. lol please answer asap. whoever gives me the right info will get best answer

To delete pictures, perform the following steps:

At the main screen, select Menu.

Scroll to and select Fun & Apps.

Scroll to and select File manager.

Scroll to and select Images.

Scroll to and select My downloads.

Scroll to the desired image, and then select View.

Select Options.

Scroll to and select Delete.

Select Yes to confirm.
