  1. you dont want to do that unless you can identify all files that arent part of your os..if you delete one wrong file , your os is gone, it long  and tetious if you know what your doing, if not its short and not so sweet , i told you id hook you up , be patient ..many files are crucial to your os..read your email

  2. GO TO START, THEN CONTROL PANEL THEN ADD/REMOVE SOFWARE THEN YOU CAN PICK ALL THA ONES YOU WANT TO DELET.

  3. Manually.

Which means going into Control Panel and deleting programs one by one.

Then going into Windows Explorer and deleting the rest of the stuff, including other programs, data files, photos, music, etc.

It's a long and difficult job, but it's the only way I know of to retain your op system.

Otherwise, I would say just format the hard drive and re-install the op system.  But that takes time too, because the installation disk you might have is certainly out of date and would have to be updated with all the changes since it was created.

  4. Select the files you want to get rid of, right click and delete (or press the delete key on your keyboard) Then, to be totally  rid of the files, empty your recycling bin.
