How to delete groups goodly?

I've tried evrything, including trying to delete it from my yahoo rpofile, but can't get rid of it.

did you create the group? if so, follow these easy steps.

1- go to your group

2- click management

3- look to the right side there is a category that says delete group. Under that, in blue letters, it says delete. click that.

4- follow any steps from there!

If you joined a group, follow these steps.

1- go to your group

2- click on edit membership (at the top)

3- if you scroll to the bottom, it says leave group. Click that

4- follow any steps from that point.

if you want to leave a different way...

1- go to you group

2- scroll to the bottom, there are a bunch of email addresses

3- email the address that is titled- unsubscribe

4- you will receive an email asking if your sure that you want to leave. Just reply to that email and you will be removed from that group!

to unsub from a Yahoo group

leaving a group via the unsubscibe e-mail is faulty, if that's the only way you can leave, you will need the help form

go to group home page and click edit membership top middle of page- bottom right click Leave Group- next page confirm and click Leave

or

go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the last column check the small box - click save changes

If you want to Unsubscribe, send a blank e-mail to the group.

If your group is "yellow-cab", send an email to:

[e-mail]

Go to the group's site, click on edit membership along the top. In the next window scroll down and check leave group Click save changes and you should be out. It may take a day to take effect.
