How to delete internet explorer 8 on windows vista?

I want to change my internet back to internet explorer 7

In the Programs and Features menu, click on View Installed Updates and choose Internet Explorer 8 and click remove.

You need to go to the Add/remove programmes and in the left pane find 'view installed updates' (in Vista IE is considered an update rather than a programme). Uninstall that update to rollback to IE7.
