How to delete password on iTouch if you forgot password?

Hey, I set-up a password the other night and tried accessing today. I forgot the password, so I can't get into my iTouch and just reset the password. How can I disable/remove the password now?

You would have to restore the Ipod unfortunately. This will delete all of your songs, but you can resync it. To do this: When you connect your Ipod to the computer, open Itunes. Under devices, click your Ipod touch, and you should get details of your ipod. Under version, there is a button called restore; click it and follow directions.

Sorry but I think this is the only way.
