How to delete previously searched items from Safari in MAC?

well i am very annoyed with the things that were search by me previously been always displayed even if I delete history in Safari. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the previously searched things???

  1. In Safari, open:

    Safari Menu -> Preferences -> Autofill -> Other Forms

    Click the "Edit" button, find the search engine you're using in the list, highlight it with a single click, and click the "Remove" button.

    There are similar settings in other browser's prefs.
