In an internet window, go to tools, internet options, delete cookies.

1- Go to Tools and select Internet options. you will see delete files and cookies. the new versions of browsers sometimes change the phrase but you might have to select cookies.

2- Go to your c drive select windows and look through the different file folders when you find cookies delete them. You should only do it this way if you are an advanced user.
