How to delete this file

Question

help pls . Im trying to clear out a few trojan files, but some are given as "Cannot delete x*x: it is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using the file and try again." It will be best to remove this without requiring any downloads. thx

first of all simply send if to recycle bin and then right click on recycle bin and click EMPTY RECYCLE BIN....

if it doesn't help you then restart your pc ,press F8 repeatedly and logon in SAFE MODE then you can easily DELETE THAT FILE....

last method is to scan that file and delete that by any file shredder..

Restart your computer,press F8 when you see the screen, go into safe mode and run your scan.
