How to delete user accounts on windows XP?

Question

there isn't an option to delete the account when i click it

i already tried the command thing and it also didn't work

i have 2 administrator accounts and one guest and i would like to just keep one administrator account.

plz help

Click on Start>Settings>Control Panel> go down to User accounts , click on the user and you should have an option to delete the account

Hi,

If you can't find the "Delete this account." button then you are in a limited/ non-administrator account.

If this is the only account on the machine, try booting in safe mode and going into the "Administrator" user, then delete the account. Most Windows XP machines have an Administrator account in safe mode.

To boot into safe mode:

-Turn off computer.

-Turn on again, while in the bios (before windows) hit F8 repeatedly.

-Pick safe mode.

-Then choose the Administrator account.

if u r the administrator, start>control panel>user accounts>change an account>(select the desired account)>delete account.

1) go on control panel

2) go on user accounts

3) click 'add or remove user accounts'

4) double click the account you want to remove

5) click remove.

go into start right at the top you will see your name in the darker blue with an icon at the side click on it. when the user account  opens click on back then change my account here you will see "create change,add and delete acounts."
