How to delete verizon ringback?

how do i delete it, im on the website and i keep hitting the garbage can, and it still wont delete. help?

I just tested on my verizon account.  I clicked my garbage can icon and another window popped up asking me if I was sure I wanted to delete.  After I selected yes it took it away.  Maybe there is technical difficulties going on.

umm go to verizon tones press up in the corner it says my ring tones i think and press it to be off

only your provider can delete your ringback.
