How to deodorize a smelly toilet room?

You can clean with any deodorizing cleaner.  And then what I do is spray all fixtures with either Lysol Disinfectant Spray or Clorox Disinfectant spray.  Each is harmless and smells nice and fresh

After cleaning, rinse everything with a solution of half white vinegar and half warm water. The vinegar will get rid of any soap scum, and will neutralize any odors. Make sure to clean well around the base of the toilet, sink and tub, wash the shower curtain (if you have one), and if needed, a new coat of paint always helps.

keep the window open just a bit to let the fresh air coming in , clean the bathroom with Pinesol.
