How to deport a person that hits and takes money away for my mom?

my step dad is illgel and hes should leave he hits my mom and yells and takes money from her. she says she loves him. she picked him over her kids and we cant call the cops because she wont let us. i need help if i call the cops she will let him back in. im scared, not of him but of what i might do if he hits my mom again. i want him to be deported but i dont know how plez help

Honey I am so so sorry you are caught up in the middle of grown up issues.

Call ICE.  Tell them the truth.  Call Child Protective Services.  Tell them there is violence in your home and yo are scared.  Tell them this criminal is abusing your mom.  Tell your counselor at school that there is violence at home.

Tell everbody.  ANd do whatever is necessary to protect yourself.

What he is doing is illegal and a crime. Tell someone at your school, a neighbor, anyone who can make the call for you.  It can be anonomous, no one has to know.  He probably has your mom convinced he is the best thing she has ever seen, tells her what she needs to hear, and is on a power control trip.  If you can call the police when he hits her again do it.  You can also call the police or even call the non emergency police line, in the phone book, and speak to a policeman.  If he is illegal, he can be deported.  He'll be deported quicker if he has a police record.  You mom may be mad for awhile but she will realize what a jerk he was.

Call the cops. Let them know of what he is doing to your mom. A domestic violence case is grounds enough to make him even forget about applying for residency in the USA. If he works illegally, let them know of that too. They might not arrest him for being illegal, but they may direct him to the authorities.

you're going to have to make a hard decision,

i think the best thing is to call the cops... see if you can remain anonymous, lie... do whatever you can to get rid of the guy but still maintain a good relationship with your mom. you're doing the best thing for her but at this point she doesn't know what's best for her.
