How to deport an illegal person?

i know it sounds really rude of me and mean, but i have a perfect excuse. my father owns a training school for electricians and so on. her offers classes in Spanish for those less unfortunates who might no speak or read English correctly to be in a college. our classes are licensed by the state of N.Y HVAC and. well a known person took my dad's work and copied to make his own school he has to papers in this country and i just think its not fair for my father who has worked for this so many years to lose students and costumers + the school he is making is not approved by the board of education.

just tell him how u feel about this please unless he's just like rude and mean but if he has a good personality dont do it please

-have him arrested

-then..they'll kick his sorry but back to the border...lol

I agree it is not fair.  Contact the BBB and let them know also if you can contact the Licensing Contractors Board and let them know the name of the school and that it is being ran by someone without a license.

Report him to the board of education.  If he is not qualified to teach, he'll be screwed.  If his school isn't legal, report him to the board of electrical contractors or /HVAC, the building inspector, whom ever.  Is he licensed to teach or even a licensed electrician?

If he is copying your father's lessons, consider this. Your father can file a copyright infringement case against him (in Fedreal Court) and ask for an injunction to make him destroy all the copied material and stop using it.

That could really mess up his day.
