I know a guy who was deported for selling drugs for his friend in prison. He was able to get back into the country and now his friend is getting out of prison really soon and I know when he gets outs he'll be doing the same thing and even worse. I know he has a real ID because he used a fake SS# to get it. How do I get him deported?

  1. It's called illegal re-entry in the US.  Since he was released from prison, he will be on parole...even if he was deported.  Contact the Department of Corrections in your State or Parole Department.

As for the Federal government, contact INS or ICE.

  2. Entering the country after being deported is a felony. You can call ICE and report him.

ICE's phone number for this specific purpose is 1-866-DHS-2-ICE

    (1-866-347-2423)

    Richard

  3. You call ICE and give them the same story you told here.

  4. 1-866-347-2423  this is the number to report suspicious activity to ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement)
