  1. I "did" that   etc

  2. I wasnt aware of a past tense of a past tense.

Yesterday itself is a past tense.

  3. WAS

    I WAS THERE

    HE WAS THERE

    WHERE WERE YOU YESTERDAY

  4. the previous day or the day b4

  5. the day bfore

  6. Yesterday

  7. the day before today

  8. Yesterday is a noun. It can't really be past tense.

Of course you could always say "it was yesterday." But it is not like the yesterday that has happened is a "was yesterday." Was is a predicate and yesterday would be a predicate nominative. That is, a noun. Nouns and adjectives have no past tense.

    I know, grammar is annoying.

Or did you mean something else?

  9. excuse me do you know that yesterday is only the past tense form of today use all the simple past to describe about yesterday or the day after

  10. for ex:i went to the market yesterday.i bought some fruits and vegetables.i came home in the afernoon.in the evening i went to play.then i came at 8:00 and had my dinner.then i watched TV and then slept at 10:00 o' clock.am i correct?!i think this is wat u expected.

  11. was

  12. is better described as last day or previous day

  13. The daily works you had done ''the day before'' or ''yesterday''. If still having any problem, contact me.

  14. I think this is a Hindi question.

In Hindi, the term "kal" is used for both yesterday & tomorrow.

I also think that, you are a south Indian, and you do`nt know the abcd& grammer of Hindi.

To discribe about yesterday in past tense; Or about tomorrow in future tense; you have change the adverb.

    Eg.

"Kal mein aap ke ghar aaya tha" (yesterday)

"Kal mein aap ke ghar aavoonga (tomorrow)

  15. "The other day" or "The previous day"is one way how u say in most of the places like the America. So it might help.

  16. last day

  17. The other answers make good sense. But if you are just looking for good wording to use for Plain (simple) past tense, try "It happened yesterday," "it occurred yesterday,"  or "it took place yesterday."

Or did you mean to ask something else?  If you mean that you are already writing about the past, and THEN you decide to write about a date that is Further past than that, well, that is called the Perfect Past Tense.  That's when you have to include the helping verb "had" before verb phrases. For example, "By the time I was 5 [this is obviously past tense], I HAD already learned to snorkel."

  18. it was the day before today.
