2.    Get college degree in architecture.

3.    Conceive design of structure as needed.

4.    Draw blueprints.

5.    Secure financing.

6.    Recheck design.

7.    Hire contractors as needed.

8.    Build structure according to blue prints.

9.    Address lawsuits arising from the project.

10.  Defend against charges of Mafia collusion and price gouging and 'union problems.'

11.  Suffer at least six design changes account operating in the real world this time around.

12.  Suffer the resultant delays of the above.

13.  Address more law suits.

14.  Cost overruns force you into bankruptcy.

15.  Trying to handle all the above leaves you babbling in the corner of a well padded room, wishing you had a shirt on so you could eat the buttons.
