How to design basketball betting squares?

Yesterday my friends were talking about basketball betting squares, but I don't know how to make basketball betting square.

Make a large square and divide it into the boxes by drawing 10 horizontal and 10 vertical lines, which will make 100 boxes. Fill the boxes with the names of different teams, and write some random numbers on top of columns and rows to determine the winner. The horizontal numbers are for 1st team and the vertical numbers are for 2nd team.
